Shipping
COSTS: Shipments to Italy, for any weight or quantity, have a fixed cost of € 18
For abroad, the transport cost is calculated based on the destination and weight of the products purchased.
The amount including shipping costs will be highlighted on the order completion screen so that you can decide whether to buy only after knowing the total cost.
Address and method of delivery
All orders processed by www.lecimate.it are shipped from Italy with a reliable national courier who will call you to inform you of the day and time of delivery.
Product shipments are made to the address you indicated during the order. If you have an account on the site you can register multiple addresses and select the one that is most convenient for you each time based on the delivery forecast.
Delivery time
We take care of each order at the latest the day after it is placed. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or during Italian holidays will be processed starting from the first available working day.
