LE CIMATE WINERY
Bartoloni family has specialized in agriculture since 1800 and owns a total of 170 hectares of land. Our winery was realized only in 2011 after 60 years of wine growing expertise.
Three generations of the Bartoloni family have contributed to the construction of the winery; grandfather Paolo who has dedicated his life to agriculture and moreover has always specialised in wine growing (he was president of the local Community Winery Colli Spoletini for more than 20 years); his son Giovanni who had the courage to believe in the investment necessary to realize one of the most modern wineries in the area; and his grandson Paolo who, graduate in agriculture, will dedicate his life to wine production and to the future development of the family business.

Our tasting room, absolutely characteristic, can accommodate 120 people and is able to offer characteristic and typical culinary products of our lands, for the conduct of events, with relative tasting of wines and oil, which will be organized from the winery itself.
The events held in the tasting area will become one of the most important vehicles for promoting our wines and extra virgin olive oil.
EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, produced for a quantity of about 10,000 bottles / year, is processed by mills of absolute trust. Cold extracted, it is obtained from the typical olive varieties of our territory: Moraiolo, San Felice, Leccino, Frantoio, Itrana and Nostrale di Rigali.
TOASTED HAZELNUTS
A product dedicated to those who love hazelnuts in its simplicity. Our shelled and roasted hazelnuts according to tradition tell a story, that of the territory in which our winery stands, with its kernels and its vines.
