ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Intense golden yellow color. Creamy in the glass with hints of acacia honey, overripe fruit and dried apricot. Balanced with a harmonious entry into the mouth. It goes well with biscuits or dry sweets better if drunk only to appreciate its tertiary aromas.
VINIFICATION
Processed after 20 days of drying, it loses up to 65% of its weight in a room at controlled temperature and humidity, and then ferments about 15 days with the skins. Being an IGT, it goes on sale two years after the harvest.
