ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Dense color, with good brightness. Particularly rich in fruity notes, which recall blackcurrant jam, licorice, and officinal herbs. Structured, enveloping with long persistence, with elegant tannins that blend well with the structure. It goes well with game, veal and braised meats.

VINIFICATION
After destemming-crushing, it is left to macerate on the skins for 25 days with three pumpovers per day. The wine ages 24 months in different woods: French barriques, Slavonian oak, Austrian oak and the rest in the bottle.
