ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Intense honey-colored straw yellow color. Intense the olfactory baggage, of acacia, tertiary notes and with pleasant mineral nuances. The fresh-olfactory boost of long persistence is balanced. Refine 12 months in the bottle before being put on the market. An aging wine. It goes well with tagliatelle with white or black truffle.

VINIFICATION
After destemming-crushing macerates 4 days on the skins. It ferments for 20 days in French barrels where it refines for 12 months.
