ORGANOLEPTIC
CHARACTERISTICS

Straw yellow color with golden reflections. Intense the olfactory baggage, of apricot, peach and with pleasant mineral nuances. The fresh-olfactory boost of long persistence is balanced. Refine 6 months in the bottle before being put on the market. It goes well with grilled fish and Umbrian first courses.

VINIFICATION

After destemming-crushing, the grapes are placed in a heat exchanger to reduce their temperature to 10-12 °C. It undergoes a short maceration of 18 hours, after pressing the must is fermented for 20 days at 16 °C.
